HIRDESHH KAMBLE AN INTELLECTUAL FILMMAKER

In the list of talented filmmakers  writer-director Hirdeshh Kamle is a name to reckon who keeps on experimenting with different topics, making movies with different genre.  Hitherto, the films directed by Hirdeshh are totally different from each other. He is capable to write and direct all sort of films whether they are sensitive, drama, comedy or masala entertainment.

Hirdeshh Kamble  was inclined towards films since his childhood days and aspired to become a  film director, so when he joined college, simultaneously with studies, he worked as an assistant to director Imran Khalid and within no time he graduated to become Khalid’s chief assistant.

During those days, popular action director Abbas Ali Moghul  saw spark in Hirdeshh and introduced him to Vikram Bhatt. Hirdeshh got a golden opportunity to assist Vikram in films like Gunhegar, Fareb and Bambai Ka Babu comprising couple of TV projects. Looking at HIrdeshh’s hard-work and dedication, Vikram considered him as his best assistant in his unit.

        

Veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt also liked Hirdeshh’s work, consequently he worked under him for films Dastak, Tamanna and Mr. Aashiq. Later on, Hirdeshh came in touch with the perfectionist Aamir Khan, who liked Hirdeshh’s work and he recommended him to filmmaker John Mathew Mathan, Sarfarosh (fame) and then he never looked back.

  • Finally, after gaining experience with number of cinema expert filmmakers, Hirdeshh was entrusted to make his directorial debut with a movie Pranali-TheTraditon that focused on women empowerment and dealt with legalization of prostitution. The film was produced by Nikhil Mathur who was very much confident about Hirdeshh’s writing and direction skills and ability.

Hirdeshh owes his career to Mathur.  The film was well appreciated and was exempted from Tax tag. Withal, Pranali-The Tradition also won the prestigious Rashtriya Sanman Award in Delhi.

In Hirdeshh’s repertoire, some other movies he directed includes an international movie titled Kabuli Pathan, made in bilingual languages Hindi and Pashto. Kabuli Pathan did a bumper business in Kabul and was also released in Canada and London. A part from Hindi, Hirdeshh has recently produced and directed a Gujarati movie ‘Had Thai Gai’. The film was made under the banner of Kapish Aaarts, jointly produced by Hirdeshh Kamble and Manoj Pande

Presently, Hirdeshh is busy with a comedy film based on terrorism ‘Ticket To Jannat, starring Aftab Shivdasani and Get Together, another Hindi project which is in the process. Moreover a Gujarati movie is also in the pipeline ‘Bapu’ for which the shooting will commence from 2nd th 30th October.
