WRITER- DIRECTOR… FULL OF NOTIONS AND VISIONS…..JAGIR BOPARAI (CHANDIGARH)

In cinema, a director has minimum 2 hrs to expound the subject, but when respective is doing a music video he/she has to express story in few minutes which is very difficult and Jagir Boparai is one of the lot, an immensely talented, experienced and professional video director.

Hitherto, Jagir has directed videos in galore for Punjabi and Hindi music industry with well-known singers and gained success. Jagir’s career channelized with (Channel Lishkara) for Jaswinder Walia’s serial titled ‘Heer Siallyan Di’ and thereafter he never looked back.

In 2000, Jagir started his own production house by the name ‘J B Arts’. Under his banner Jagir made many music videos and introduced  umpteen fresh talents from Bollywood and Punjabi film industry. Moreover, he also organized number of events and Ramp Shows which were well appreciated.

During his long careergraph, Jagir has worked under the topmost leading music labels as a music video director like HMV SA RE GA MA, T’ Series Times Music, Speed Records, BM Music, Priya Audio, Goyal Music, SMI Audio, DH ONE, FaceLook Music and so on.

Earlier, Jagir assisted in two Punjabi movies and like many others he too had a dream to launch a Bollywood movie as a writer-director which is being materialized this year. Presently, he is working on the script and shortly will announce the movie titled Love Season, to be made under his new banner ‘Black Apple Production’.
